"After years of going to continental "barbers" and being told I had old mens haircuts, I took a leap of faith and found a real hairdresser.
I left looking funky, even bought hair product for the first time and had three great coffees. Not ony can matt cut above and beeyond a short back and sides, but he is a great barrista and DJ. "although... YES I feel like a princess when I leave VA.......

there is an emotional side to me being a loyal client.

After chemotherapy at 36 years old (slightly, NO very obsessed with my hair)
I left my new growth as long as I could. (Looked like Kramer with curly top and straight sides.) After spending way 2 much money fighting this with product I found a hairdresser in my area. I explained what I had just been through and that I just wanted a 1mm trim to get the fuzzy ends OFF.

I walked out of that salon in tears, with 6 months of post chemo growth cut off.

The same happened at the next salon.......... tears again.

6 months later (very fuzzy) I rang VA, spoke to Matt and explained what had happened.. and that I wanted a 1mm tidy up

Matt listened to everything I said, got the exact colour I wanted, and yep, 1mm trimmed off my hair.

Here is a salon that listens to you !!!!!
